Introduction
Kurt has over 30 years of business experience and has started numerous successful companies in North America. He has been on the buying and selling side of multiple business sales/acquisitions and understands the intricacies of being on both sides of a transaction. He supports his clients from a standpoint of having been in their shoes and assists his clients from that perspective.
Most recently Kurt co-founded and was the CEO of a geospatial engineering firm for 19 years which was recognized in numerous business and trade publications. He has a diverse blend of business experience and has owned and operated businesses across the U.S. in the engineering, construction, investment, retail & restaurant industries. He has negotiated countless leases as both a commercial property owner/manager and a tenant. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. During his career he also earned his private pilot license and commercial drone pilot certificate. He also holds additional, specific trade certifications in the aerial mapping and geospatial industries.
Kurt thrives on assisting people achieve their professional goals of starting a new business venture or selling and merging with another entity. It is his passion to bring people together towards a successful sale or acquisition and will take the time to properly evaluate each business. He will work with all parties involved in the transaction to bring forth a beneficial outcome.
