For the past 20 years, Mr. Jordan has appraised a wide variety of businesses in the course of his professional business intermediary activity. He has been personally involved with the sale of medium-sized manufacturing and service companies and conducted searches for companies seeking acquisitions in the Puget Sound Area.

HEINZ REDECKER: B.A. Degree, Business Administration majoring in Business and Economics; Real Estate. Before joining McMurry & Swift November 1982, Mr. Redecker had approximately 15 years of highly diversified experience in all aspects of restaurant operations and commercial business analysis, including the ownership of a highly profitable 400-seat specialty restaurant. With McMurry & Swift, Mr. Redecker has utilized his intimate knowledge of the hospitality industry to specialize in the sale of restaurants and taverns; responsible for business acquisitions, mergers, and divestments ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000.

ROBERT W. LeBOW: Edison Technical School; Culinary Arts School; Real Estate. For over 20 years Mr. LeBow held the position of Executive Chef/Director of Food & Beverage with several well-known hotel chains, winning numerous awards for his culinary artistry. He then spent 10 years as the president/owner of a profitable restaurant/lounge. Since joining McMurry & Swift in 1990, Mr. LeBow's food and beverage experience has made him a valuable asset assisting clients within the hospitality industry.

CHUCK BAUMGARTEN: B.S. Degree, Marine Biology; AA Psychology; Real Estate. Mr. Baumgarten joined McMurry & Swift in 1998, after over 28 years of business ownership, and has already been responsible for the successful closing of several transactions. His business operations have included successful ventures in the marine, hospitality, distribution, and manufacturing industries. As a business broker, he also handles the evaluations/referrals for franchises.
