Julie is the Senior Broker with Nashville Business Brokers LLC and the Senior Vice-President of Southeast Business Brokers, its holding company. She is also a Senior Broker with both organization's affiliated company, The Pinson Group headquarted in Chattanooga. With this large presence across the Southeast, Julie and all of her business partners are able to represent businesses of every type all over the Southeast, East Coast and Midwest.
Julie earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in International Business, with a double minor in Communications and Spanish, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. She then received a law degree from the University of San Diego. She has focused her legal career over the past 30+ years in working on a wide variety of commercial real estate litigation and transactional matters, specifically lease and property acquisition. She also served as the Director of Property and Contracts Management with Garden Fresh Restaurants (the Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation franchises).
After moving to the Nashville area with her family, Julie is looking forward to using her extensive background in and knowledge of business and real estate to expand her career in business brokerage.
