With his extensive industry knowledge, Steve Platz is a recognized leader in commercial real estate throughout Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. The formation of the Platz Realty Group adds the business acumen of Don Thomas to the team. Don’s extensive business background in operations, finance, forecasting and the ability to see “The Big Picture” allows the group to expand beyond sales and leasing opportunities to provide extensive consulting, business modeling and property management services. In addition, Don brings 9 years experience of commercial property management to the Platz Realty Group.
