We help companies in succession planning and operate as an advisor to those who want to sell their business. We are not brokers. We prepare a company for sale. Container Growing Operation shipping product to retail sites, big box stores, wholesale suppliers and others in 5 states. Built the business book to twice it’s normal volume in one year. Ball and Burlap, Containers and Perennial were the product mix. At the time this was the largest publicly traded nursery operation in the USA.

Head of company manufacturing equipment that produced ornamental paving stones and concrete brick products. It was a foreign subsidiary of Besser Corporation of Alpena MI. My purpose was to liquidate the company. Facilities were sold to a German Buyer.
