Teri brings a unique combination of restaurant and real estate experience to restaurant brokerage. She was born and raised in Los Angeles and studied Communications and Business at University of Southern California. Upon graduation she joined the sales staff at Rykoff-Sexton (currently U.S. Foods) working with numerous chefs, calling on: restaurants, hotels, country clubs and caterers throughout Southern California. In 1997, Teri launched a start up chocolate manufacturing company in Los Angeles, securing real estate and setting up a commercial kitchen. As the Director of Sales, for 10 years, she drove food service, retail and corporate sales, working with accounts such as: Universal Studios, Whole Foods, Costco, Nordstrom, Warner Bros, Disney, Paramount Pictures, GE, Dean & DeLuca, The Cheesecake Factory and the U.S. White House. Later she opened a chocolate retail store and manufacturing kitchen in Pasadena. For several years in between food ventures, she sold residential and commercial real estate with Prudential, Keller Williams and Berkshire Hathaway, representing both buyers and sellers, with sales in the multi-millions.
