I'm starting to figure this out. I only do auto repair and that really helps. I have attorneys that will represent the transaction. This saves a lot of money and aggravation. If buyer and seller both want to hire an attorney so they can argue with each other at a combined $700 per hour...then have at it. But I can tell you that a single attorney is the way to go.
