Broker Biography

Introduction

Scott is Sierra Pacific Partner’s founder and managing director.

Scott founded Sierra Pacific Partners to provide expert advice and services to dynamic middle market companies. He firmly believes that M&A is a process, and if you own the process, you’ll get results.

Scott holds a FINRA Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), a FINRA-recognized designation. He is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and M&A Source, among other professional organizations. He also holds a California DRE broker license.

Scott began his career as an M&A attorney on Wall Street at Skadden, Arps, where he worked on multi-billion dollar public company transactions. He attended Duke University and Vanderbilt Law School.

Scott lives in Lake Tahoe with his wife, Mandi, an OB/GYN, their daughter, Dottie, 7, and their dog, Breaux, a French pointer.

He is a member of the board of directors of Barton Health, a hospital and health system, and a member of his sheriff’s office search and rescue team. He enjoys outdoor adventures and has climbed Denali unguided.
