We interview buyers, arrange financing, license transfers, insurance and keep you informed throughout the sales process to closing. Terri Ann Sokoloff, CBI, CRB, GRI is the President of Specialty Bar & Restaurant Brokers.
She brings enormous expertise to the clients of Specialty Group, offering more than 17 years of experience in the industry. She is a licensed real estate broker, a certified real estate brokerage manager (CRB) and a certified business intermediary (CBI).
In addition to being active in professional organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women, Women President{s Organization, Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, Advisory Committee of PA Culinary, Terri has also authored numerous magazine and newspaper articles and has appeared as an expert on a variety of regional and national media broadcasts.
Pittsburgh Magazine and PUMP Organization included Terri in the Top 40 Under 40 for making a positive impact in the Pittsburgh Region.
She was also awarded Pittsburgh Business Times Fast-Tracker Award in 2005. The award honors 50 business professionals under the age of 45 who are making a difference in their business life and their community.
She was featured in the June/July 2004 issue of the national publication Real Estate Business, and in the article Broker to the Taverns, and was a Speaker at the 2005 PA Restaurant Show.
She has also received the "FAST TRACKERS" award from Pittsburgh Business Times
