Company Information:
Strategic - a careful, planned approach.
Endeavor - a serious determined effort.
These are the qualities we bring to owners wanting to sell their business or buyers interested in buying a business. The mission of Strategic Endeavors LLC is to bring the most up-to-date knowledge, expertise, and resources together with superior execution of a process designed to maximize the attainment of your financial and non-financial goals in the ownership transfer process.
We are not a business listing warehouse. Our goal is to work with a limited number of viable opportunities and then follow through with a sincere effort to get the businesses sold while keeping the seller informed at every step of the process. We don{t live off of upfront fees. We are compensated by a success fee when we get the job done. However, we will advise you of when and why it makes sense to spend some money upfront to maximize your chances of success. Our services extend from positioning a company for sale(you should prepare 3-5 years in advance of the event) all the way through professional documentation, marketing, negotiation, deal structuring and closing of the transaction.
If you are interested in buying a business, we can put the same skills and knowledge that are required to sell businesses to work for you to find a good opportunity. If this is a new process for you, we will spend the time to help you understand what you need to know.

This low tech medical device manufacturer has been around for over 35 years. The manufacturing consists of assembling components in a clean room environment for use in orthopedic surgical applications. The buyer does not need specialized medical knowledge and expertise to manage this business. In fact the most valuable skills for the buyer may be in sales, marketing and relationship building to develop that side of the business. Growth could come from developing new products or leveraging this company's medical manufacturing knowledge and facilities to assemble products for others. Could also be a nice add-on for another medical device More info
