Jay Polimeno has been actively involved in New Hampshire real estate and business brokerage for over 27 years. He and his wife, Maureen created Polimeno Realty in 1995 where Maureen specializes in residential sales while Jay concentrates on commercial and business sales. Polimeno Business Sales was created shortly thereafter in recognition of the need for a business sales specialist in the lakes and mountains region of New Hampshire. In 2017 Polimeno Business Sales purchased Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Hampshire. Jay was first certified through Empire Business Sales in 2001, and eventually joined the International Business Broker's Association, earning his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation in 2007. In 2023, Jay earned recognition as a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary.
