Introduction

As President of Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida, I advise owners of privately held service businesses on confidential sell-side transactions. Our firm focuses on businesses ranging from $2M to $15M in enterprise value, with completed transactions exceeding $30M.

I lead structured sale processes targeting strategic acquirers, private equity platforms, independent sponsors, and qualified buyers. Over the course of my career, I have advised on transactions representing more than $500M in closed volume across a variety of industries including franchise groups, specialty contracting, healthcare, insurance, technology, and professional services.

My approach centers on valuation and positioning, disciplined buyer outreach, competitive LOI negotiation, and hands-on management of diligence through closing. By limiting active engagements, I maintain direct involvement in each transaction to maximize value and deal certainty.

I hold the CBI, CM&AP, and M&AMI designations, serve as Chairman of the Business Brokers of Florida, and am an instructor for the International Business Brokers Association, teaching valuation and deal structuring to brokers nationwide. I am also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
