Introduction
I have been selling all types of businesses and franchises for OVER 45 years. I have been financing all types of businesses with SBA and Conventional Financing for OVER 40 years. I am active in advising and consulting clients in the operation of buying, selling and start up businesses. I finance start ups with 30% down and existing purchases with as low as 10% down ( only a handful of agents and brokers have the contacts to do this) PLUS have the lender give the buyer back working capital at the close of escrow. I always have a lender who offers a fixed rate of interest rather than a variable rate.
Services Provided
I have been selling all types of businesses all over California for over 45 years. For the past 40 years I have arranged SBA financing for buyers who's goal is to leverage their cash down payment and keep more working capital. All buyers are qualified and screened up front to ensure that the deal will close escrow as scheduled. I also provide consulting services to buyers who need consultation and guidance regarding whether or not the business they are purchasing is right for them and will meet their financial goals. I take a close look at the business debt to income ratio to make sure the buyer is not over encumbering themselves given their lifestyle.
