Steve Duke is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, The Lally School of Management and Technology.
In his business career, he held a variety of roles in Fortune 100 aerospace companies, including engineering, business development, program management, and general management, where he was responsible for profit and loss of a $200MM high technology business. As an entrepreneur, he owned and sold a small business, as well was a Chief Operating Officer for a start-up consumer products company.
Steve is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) from which he earned the professional designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He earned the professional designation of Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) from the American Business Brokers Association. He is also a member the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) and earned the professional designation of Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC). Steve holds a North Carolina Real Estate License. Steve is also a Value Builder System™ Advisor, to help owners increase the value of their business.
