Mary Keller Wynn (253) 509-0449
I graduated from the University of Washington and went straight into the international area of imports. I was a licensed broker within 3 years of entering the field and opening numerous branches for international companies. I owned my own brokerage company from1995 to 2002 and retired from the industry in 2005. At the same time I owned a couple espresso stands with a gimmick; a proud accomplishment was beating Starbucks and Tully’s to win the 5 year contract with the Seahawks Stadium for all coffee vending. I sold my last store to a licensee in 2009 and dove head first into the commercial real estate world and I have loved every minute of it. I have specialized in Restaurant Sales and have proven to be a Top Producer since the day I started. Averaging a close a month in a recessed economy has been my achievable goal.
In May of 2011, I joined forces with Keller Williams Commercial to open my base of knowledge and deals immensely. I specialize in restaurants and business sales in general and want to expand further into commercial sales.
Most of my adult life I have worked for myself and been successful at it and the number one reason is because I treat customers the way I want to be treated, with respect and understanding. I understand that without the customer, I would have no business.
Give me a call or email, I have plenty of references to share and look forward to adding you to my list of referrals. I can be reached at 360-551-1902 or email@example.com.

Built in 1991, first and only owner in the door, now after 28 years it is time to retire. You can imagine what transpires in 27 years, they open restaurant, have babies, raise a family, buy a home, have grand babies, now retire and you can too. This restaurant has afforded them many things and they are willing to now surrender the baton to someone else. As you will see from photos this is in a very busy corner location with a major anchor tenant. The entire market center is full and rarely has any openings. The landlord just added a monument sign to the road and because of the corner location this restaurant has two structure signs, one on each corner, plus the monument. The road is the main More info
It all started with craft beer in the pacific northwest. ... Seattle is well known for its abundance of craft breweries and its innovations in brewing. The industry can be fun and profitable and the right set up is hugely important in the success of your vision. This brew house features a meticulous manufacturing facility along with a high volume brew pub themed in the pacific northwest style. Its desirable location and a carefully crafted menu are just a few of the attractions setting this brew pub apart from the others. The recent upgrades in brewing equipment are just a bonus and will afford the opportunity to begin canning and allow the volume needed for commercial distribution. Add that More info
31 years ago, a young man In Seattle’s “hot" 90’s scene decided to add to the culture and expand his horizons. With hip clubs and new culinary experiences truly far and few between, he was on the cutting edge of something. He was one of the first truly unique eating establishments in the area. The building is a standalone with a view of lake Union, and the culture is intense. 31 years later and everything has popped up around him, I guess we can call him a trend setter. He would love to have someone come along with their own dream, see the opportunity and go for it. As we all know the ability to find a spot in the South Lake Union area, a standalone is rare. Same family run landlord has More info
Opportunities don’t come along like this very often. Every inch of this restaurant and bar, all 8000 sq feet, was gutted and remodeled and not just a simple cheap flip. The precision and attention to detail is impeccable, all the way down to the bathroom counter and sink, yep the bathroom. The bar is handmade polished reclaimed wood and gorgeous; the pony wall room dividers in the restaurant are one of a kind created by a local artist. An added secret bonus is they built an extra 1500 square foot “catering” kitchen next to the restaurant kitchen. The independent kitchen opens an avenue of extra income streams for any operator. Not to mention the food is delicious and the drinks will wet your More info
Get it while it’s hot! Fresh in time for the summer rush, this frozen yogurt business can be your dream. The shop has been in the same high traffic location since it opened 7 years ago. This is a well-supported and marketable brand in a highly desirable neighborhood. Currently, the sellers other job takes him out of town and traveling weeks out of the month, so he doesn’t have the time to devote to truly making this his own. He is a super guy and would love to see this business flourish, he has great ideas, but not enough hours in the day. He has done a fantastic job reconnecting with the school programs and it has been well received. He has just chipped off a slight piece of this iceberg More info
1943, yep, 1943, worth saying a couple of times. This 76- year old family business deserves at least a second mention. This definitely is a family business that has sustained the robust and skinny times. As you can only imagine what this store has survived; opened before the end of WWII; has lived through 14 US Presidents; the invention of microwaves, tetrapak milk cartons, car seat belts, pozac, contact lenses and the list goes on. So you can imagine the genius and creativity it has had to endure to sustain and be profitable for this long is almost unfathomable. And I as a broker, have to stand up and applaud such a rarity. Don’t let the “family” business title confuse you, this business More info
First time on the market in 76 years! 3.88 acres of commercial zoned property, owned by one family since 1943! A family lumber yard business has been operating here profitably since 1943 so there is obvious proof that this is an excellent location! The possibilities for this location range from restaurants to warehousing. The list price includes both the real estate and the business together. There are 8 structures on the property a combined total of 31,677 SF.The visibility is unparalleled, situated on a prominent corner on WA-7/Pacific Ave. This size property is not largely available either in the open market.Flat, clear, power, sewer, water-if someone needed to build. Established and running like a well-oiled machine, this 10-year old moving company is just now hitting its stride. The owner of the company has developed a system that keeps 40 jobs in perpetual motion and on the books monthly, at minimum. A great deal of time and money has been invested into the company’s online presence included website, Facebook and search engine optimization. This investment keeps the company phone constantly ringing with new jobs booked daily. The employees consist of one salesperson, that handles all the bookings, a crew of movers that are based out of Gig Harbor and the owner. The owner participates on a minimal basis but allows him the benefit of bringing in a six More info
Super location for just about anything. This spot is only 1 mile outside the JBLM gate on Bridgeport way. The spots each have separate entrances and we would love to entertain just about any business, except marijuana as there is a day care in the building already on the other side. It is a terrific mixed use building boasting 37 residential tenants on three floors above and 5 commercial tenants on the ground floor. Whether you need a retail location or a storage spot, these units can be converted to whatever your needs are. We have 2,570 square feet total and that space can easily be demised to 1,010 square feet per unit. There are also 53 off street parking spots and numerous on street More info
Authentic, nostalgic, makes you all warm inside, those are the first words that come to mind when describing this business. It is not often you come across a business that has been around for 52 years, yes I said 52 years! The original owners opened the doors to the restaurant at this scenic location in 1966 and it has operated in the same spot for 52 years successfully. The current owner started working at the restaurant in 1990 and in 1995 the original owner came to him and stated he wanted to retire, the seller saw an amazing opportunity and jumped on it and that was in 1995. Now 28 years later it is his legacy to pass on. Remember Friday nights and it was “eat out” night with the More info
Opportunities like this don’t come along every day. Have you ever dreamed of owning a coffee shop? How about frozen treats? This place was purchased in 2017 and the sellers have remodeled the entire inside with great attention to detail in every nook and cranny. The walls are gorgeous and continue up the beautiful vaulted ceiling to appear seamless. All this and they still do a great business. The sellers took this business that was in a shambles and turned it around, both inside and out - including financially. The seller has set it up, took the loss, and it’s now sitting pretty for a family? Owner/operator? The location is on a main road with over 45,000 cars a day passing by. It has a More info
Established in 1992, this is the first full service salon open for business in Bremerton, complete with cuts, colors, manicures, waxing and massages. As one can attest, nothing was spared and customers appreciate the attention to detail. That detail is reflected all the way through the way the seller operates this entire business, including the employees, no leased chairs here. All employees are built into the business plan. The core are long term, well respected individuals in their fields, with unparalleled skill to match. The seller has recruited and maintained top talent, that would love to remain working. Each stylist has a non-compete in place. The seller created a brand and identity More info
Opened in 1977, this 4-bay automotive shop has gone through the good and bad economies and has survived. Owned by the same person since 1977 right up until 2011 when the new owners took a leap of faith and decided this was an opportunity that they couldn’t pass up. They jumped in feet first and what an impression they made right out the gate! When they purchased in 2011, sales were barely squeaking in at $300K, but with the new ownership sales were starting to climb annually and in 2017 sales were over $525K. You will see that every year sales were up since they purchased the store. They were able to do this by putting hard work, determination and caring back into this business. They had More info
Retirement beckons, 22 years running a Civil Engineering firm and the seller has decided it is time to pass on the baton to another professional.Maybe you are recently licensed and ready to go out on your own, or an existing business that would like to expand into new markets? Now is the opportunity! The seller and his four employees specialize in site development and permitting. He is an active member of his team but has a sophisticated large customer database and all old files that will be part of any sale. Plus the employees have been on a minimum 6 plus years. The seller would make any transition seamless. All employees would probably want to stay employed. The adjusted net is a very More info
Warning, this is not a movie set, this is real life! I know it’s hard to imagine how something so serene and beautiful can be someone’s daily life, but it is. You drive up to start with and the area itself is breathtaking and we haven’t even gotten inside the store. You know how you just do a deep sigh as you enter the store because your breath is taken away! So much to look through, enjoy and imagine where you would put this or who would enjoy that. You can stay for hours just meandering through the store. Established in 2010 the seller has created a little piece of greatness within 4 walls. They are a huge tourist hot spot all spring and summer and then the holidays roll around and wow, More info
You know when you are a kid and some of the things you do or the places you go seem like the biggest deals and you remember those small things forever? Well, I have to say, I got this call and was more than thrilled to help this seller! You can imagine how excited I was when the seller called and asked me to sell the business that I visited so often in High School. First of all, we loved the ice cream and second, our girlfriend worked there so we got deeply discounted ice cream (Note I did profess this to the seller upon introduction). Opened in 1981 (in case anyone is counting that is 38 years ago) this place has been an icon as you can imagine and still to this day numbers are strong and More info
The little store, the corner store, the convenience store - call it whatever is familiar, all I know is it has as entire wall of 38 degree ice cold walk-in cooler beer, the freshest deep fried deli food I have ever eaten, and the only 'Skippers' franchised food in the county. Oh, did I forget the gas? This store has been at this corner for 39 years and is still a staple in the community. The sellers have enjoyed “semi” retirement when they bought the store and relocated here 5 years ago but it is now time for them to officially retire and load up the motor home and see the US of A. During their tenure they have brought up sales, streamlined their offerings, painted the building, fused and More info
A nursery since 1995, what a true treasure. Yes, the past 24 years have brought pure joy to so many and it is now time to turn it over to a new family of green thumbs. The business has been going strong for years and the seller is resigned to retiring finally. The seller does a good business and only operates from March through November, so only open 8 months a year, so if you want to be a snow bird I guess that is possible. The employees are tenured and keep coming back year after year, they work hard during the growing season and relax a bit during the winter, a great gig for most. This parcel is over 2 acres and boast plus 40 parking spots More info
WOW what 28 years looks like! Founded in 1991 this HVAC company has evolved with the times. As you can only imagine the changes the business has seen, but now it’s time for retirement; he wants to hang his tools up and visit the world. He is extremely knowledgeable and will train someone and hand to hand introduce people, depending on what the buyer wants. He has worked hard and long to build an honest and strong reputation and the repetitive nature of his work shows. He has company life long customers that are still with him today. He maintains a couple of commercial properties exclusively and that would go along with the sale. He has copies of the original contracts he signed with these More info
0.67 acres of cleared semi developed land on highway 3 in Belfair is now available. Belfair has experienced significant growth in the past 5 years including the completion of the highway 3 widening. This piece doesn’t need to be cleared, it had previously had a mobile home on this parcel years ago, so water, power and septic are at the site already. The sewer has also since been put in front of the parcel allowing for more flexibility in allowed usages on the property. Ingress/egress to the road is already in place as well. You can see from the drone photos that across the street is the tip of the canal so once a building is complete a second or third floor should have a view of the water. More info
