He has served on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak region and spearheaded giving back over half a million dollars to the local community during his tenure as a franchise owner. Being raised on the Eastern plains of Colorado in a farming and ranching family instilled in me a deep love of the outdoors. We raised purebred Charolais cattle and Quarter horses. Not only was I blessed to farm and ranch alongside my family, I also had the good fortune to work in sales for my family’s company, Ritchey Livestock ID, traveling throughout the US and Canada selling livestock identification and roping products. I know how blessed I am to have grown up the way I did. Few get to experience what it is to be in an office and then on the back of a horse that same day. It’s a tremendous privilege to grow up on land and to have been a part of a family business. Taylor Bryner graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University earning a degree in Finance with a concentration in Investments. While at CSU, Taylor and his wife, Kaila Bryner, co-founded the Music Business Collective, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to giving students hands on experience in the music industry by organizing shows in Fort Collins. Over the years I moved into executive management and my experience brought me to the realization that I wanted to own my own company – since then I have been the proud owner of three separate businesses. The experience and challenge of business ownership has directly impacted me and pushed me to be a great manager, co-worker, leader, husband, and father. I worked for my family’s business from the age of 8 through college and I have owned my own businesses, over the years, as well. I also have 18+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, in Colorado, working in all aspects of commercial real estate including with landlords, tenants, and developers. In a previous career, I was responsible for identifying target markets, locations, negotiating leases and opening 45 Tokyo Joe’s restaurants in 4 states over a 16 year period. I am a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver with a major in Marketing.
