Hi; I am an honest, hardworking senior Business Broker. My first business was a pet store when I was twenty-four years old. I ended up with four stores and interests in a furniture store, landscaping company, and a restaurant.
After twenty five years of working for myself, I sold my last Pet Supply Company in 2000. By 2003 I was Vice-President in charge of the commercial division of Watson Realty Corp. here in Jacksonville, Florida until 2007. We brokered small businesses, commercial real estate, land for development, and multi-family projects including condos and apartments. In 2007 I came to Transworld , and over the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of helping people to either get into a business or exit a business.
I am an advocate for the small business and property owner because I understand the blood, sweat, and tears that go into owning your own business. I also understand the remarkable and prosperous life it produces. I believe small business is the back bone of this economy and I believe we are still strong and getting stronger.
