My background is as a commercial developer. I have developed over $75MM worth of ground up commercial product. I also am a co-owner of a shopping center and a bottle shop in Woodstock, Ga. Because of my ownership of a bottle shop, I am your go-to expert in buying or selling a bottle shop/liquor store.
Also, because of my background as a life-long businessman, I really understand business operation models and can decipher tax returns, P&L's and balance sheets. I am also able to cut through the business and see the inside operations, look for deficiencies and consult owners on how to help make a mediocre business model excel beyond their expectations.
