Introduction
Rich has led numerous corporate acquisition efforts and has extensive experience representing clients in pricing, marketing, due diligence and structuring business sales and acquisitions.
Additionally, he has over 30 years experience in senior financial positions at industry leading firms, including the titles of Senior VP and Divisional CFO, and VP Finance at CBRE and Grubb & Ellis Real Estate Management services, respectively. As a Director at KPMG Consulting he managed domestic and international consulting engagements.
Rich has a BA in Economics from UCLA, and MBA from the University of Santa Clara and attended Loyola University law school.
Active in the Pasadena community, Rich is a past Chairman of the Pasadena Center Operating Company and is formerly a Director of the Rose Bowl Operating Company.
