Venture Advisors Business Sales and Acquisitions Facilitates the Sale and Acquisition of Successful Businesses.
We specialize in businesses with revenue between $3M to $50M, where 100% controlling interest is being sold, or purchased through either an asset or stock transaction. We seek firms with a history of positive adjusted cash flow, as well as exceptional businesses which we believe have a near term potential of generating cash flow, or a brand and assets that will likely be of interest to a strategic buyer. We are licensed as a Broker by the California Bureau of Real Estate and will represent buyers and sellers of real property in conjunction with the sale of a business.

Rich Schammel is the Founder, President and primary Broker of Venture Advisors Business Sales & Acquisitions.
Rich has over 40 years experience in senior financial positions at industry leading firms, including the titles of CFO, VP Finance and Senior Vice President, Controller at Kennedy Wilson Properties, Grubb & Ellis Real Estate Management Services and CBRE, respectively. As a Director at KPMG Consulting – he managed domestic and international consulting engagements.
Rich has BA in Economics from UCLA, an MBA from Santa Clara University and attended Loyola Law School.
He is a Director and former President of the California Association of Business Brokers. Rich is active in the local community – as a Director and the Corporate Treasurer of the Rose Bowl Operating Company and former Chairman of the Board of the Pasadena Center Operating Company.
Rich is a licensed pilot and former USAF Captain.
