Selling a business is one of the most significant financial decisions an owner will ever make. My role is to guide that process from initial evaluation through closing while protecting the seller’s interests and positioning the business to attract serious, qualified buyers.

I work directly with owners to understand the strengths of the company, the financial performance of the business, and the story behind how it was built. From there we prepare professional offering materials that clearly communicate the opportunity to the market while maintaining strict confidentiality. The goal is not simply to list a business for sale, but to present it in a way that captures buyer interest and creates competitive demand.

Each engagement includes a review of financial performance, assistance with determining a realistic market valuation, preparation of a confidential business summary, and a structured marketing process designed to reach qualified buyers. Buyer inquiries are screened carefully to protect the seller’s time and to ensure that only serious prospects move forward.

During negotiations, I assist with evaluating offers, structuring deal terms, and coordinating the many moving parts that occur between contract and closing. This includes working with lenders, accountants, attorneys, and other advisors involved in the transaction. My background as a transactional attorney allows me to anticipate issues early and help keep deals moving forward without unnecessary delays.

The objective throughout the process is simple. Position the business properly, attract the right buyer, and guide the transaction to a successful closing so the owner can move confidently into the next stage of life.
