Introduction
Jay Chandler works alongside Jim Broscious, the multi-unit Franchise Partner for the Pensacola, FL, and Mobile, AL markets. As a Certified Restaurant Broker® and industry veteran with 17 years of experience, Jay has a deep-rooted connection to the restaurant industry.
Born into a family of restaurateurs who lived and breathed hospitality daily, Jay began his career as a server and eventually joined his father in the family-owned business after graduating from college. He worked his way up through various roles, from Shift Leader to General Manager and later District Manager. In 2021, Jay became a Franchisee and business partner in Firehouse Subs, where his focus was on three key priorities: people, processes, and profits. He believes this is the foundation for success in the highly competitive food service environment.
Jay first became familiar with We Sell Restaurants when the brand successfully sold his family’s multi-unit franchises, which ignited his interest in a new career as a Restaurant Broker. He is a proud graduate of the University of South Alabama and currently resides in the Gulf Coast area. Outside of selling restaurants, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
