Introduction
Paul Peterson is a Certified Restaurant Broker® serving the Raleigh, North Carolina market. With over three decades of business ownership experience, including multiple restaurant concepts. Paul’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 18 years old. His extensive background provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges and rewards of restaurant ownership.
Paul’s career includes a distinguished 10-year service in the United States Air Force, where he developed strong leadership and organizational skills. During his military tenure, he earned a master’s degree in Urban Planning, specializing in land use and economic development. This expertise led him to manage a major design and construction initiative for the United States Courts, further enhancing his knowledge of commercial real estate and construction management.
Paul is passionate about helping buyers achieve their dream of restaurant ownership and assisting sellers in making seamless transitions. His business philosophy is rooted in integrity, professionalism, and a comprehensive understanding of both the restaurant industry and real estate markets.
Residing in Apex, North Carolina, Paul enjoys life with his wife of 24 years and their three children.
