Firstly, the Seller would launch the newly designed and developed version of the front end and user dashboard which includes a complete new look and feel of the site as well as additional developments such as Stripe payment integration and new pricing plans. A lot of research has gone into the new UX/UI and re-brand of the site. Even the logo and slogan has changed. The Seller interviewed the most loyal, high-end users across the globe to get a better understanding of how they use the program and created in-depth customer persona reports and surveys to substantiate the new design. This will all be available to the buyer. The reason behind the new design is to increase the conversion rate of site visitor to paying customer.
Secondly, the Seller would continue with the development of an iPad application. The bones of the concept and brief have been done, with the development team standing by and ready to start the development of the app. All paperwork has been completed and the development team has a thorough understanding of the requirements. The Seller sees the iPad app as an additional income source, as the user base is slightly different.
Thirdly, the Seller would investigate further into re-developing the web-based program in HTML5. Again, the development team has extensive knowledge regarding this. A Proof of Concept (POC) has been done with the limitations of what can be built in HTML5 and what features need to be culled.
