The Seller interviewed the most loyal, high-end users across the globe to get a better understanding of how they use the program and created in-depth customer persona reports and surveys to substantiate the new design. This will all be available to the buyer. The reason behind the new design is to increase the conversion rate of site visitor to paying customer.
Secondly, the Seller would continue with the development of an iPad application. The bones of the concept and brief have been done, with the development team standing by and ready to start the development of the app. All paperwork has been completed and the development team has a thorough understanding of the requirements. The Seller sees the iPad app as an additional income source, as the user base is slightly different.
