This third generation Flooring Supplier has been in business for 100 Years! They sell to over 500 flooring dealers and tradesman in NJ, PA, DE and MD. They buy most of the product direct from mills in the South and about 20% is imported from overseas. They carry a wide range of inventory in stock at all times so they can fulfill most customer orders within 48 hours. They have a highly experienced long term staff of 16 employees in place, both on the sales and management sides of the business. Sales are over $7M with cash flow of over $1M. Inventory of over $2M is included in the sale. Owner has been working only 2 days per week for the last few years and is looking to retire but will stay for up to 1 year to train the Buyer. This is a very rare opportunity to acquire a 3rd generation very well established business with upside potential by expanding their trade area.
