Market Outlook / Competition
UC Medical Center has their own cafe, but they've modeled their menu similar to ours because their staff enjoy coming to us. They still can't match the taste/quality according to their staff and patients.

We don't have much "competition" in the near vicinity and are one of the very few cafe's in actual walking distance from the hospital. Truly an exceptional location and while we love our café, we're older and ready to retire/start spending more time with the grandkids.
Opportunities for Growth
Exponential. The location is so great that people undeniably have numerous thoughts about how they can turn the location into a dream café of their own. We want to make sure the next owner is serious about taking care of the customers we've grown to love and who treat us like family. Expect numerous invitations to weddings, baby showers, etc. and gift receiving/giving during the holidays. Truly a mom and pop store.
