19 Year owner run established barbershop. 11 chair barbershop with currently 9 chairs occupied. Currently interviewing new barbers. Shop has recently had some updates and is turn key ready to go. Owner is looking to stay working there for 4-5 more years, and will help train a new owner. If you aren't a barber, your income will be strictly based on chair rental income. Each barber is paying $200 a week, which is a little below average for the area. I'm looking for this to be a seller finance or cash deal, and will provide any tax documents needed to show proof of rental income. I will be specific when choosing a new owner, I'd like to keep the tradition of this barbershop alive and make new ownership seamless
