Been doing this for 4.5 years actually open for over 3 years at my first location and just over 2 years at the second! We are growing fast and need more locations and capital to do so!
Excited for 2025 and Im ready to scale. I have 23 baristas now and its a pretty well oiled machine at this point. Our social media is growing significantly and with our growth this last 3 years im excited for the future. Everything from my customers experience to the way we make our drinks is on point. Ive been looking for more locations and I usually find a handful a year that would make sense. I currently have 2 locations where I can purchase the land and I would like to move sooner rather than later before our competition snags them up. - Pros of growing this business is the cash aspect and repeat customers. Real Estate acquisition is a big deal in this business with the appraisals once we develop and then sign a lease with ourselves, its instant equity. So my idea is to acquire most every location for long term growth.
I dont see many cons in this business other than you gotta be upbeat and fun to work with!
