We enjoy a great loyal customer base and are well integrated into our community. We bake amazing fresh baked goods as well as operate a café serving sandwiches, coffee etc. We are looking for someone that wants to carry on our business and create its next chapter. Our records/financials are clean and up to date. We are profitable. Included in this sale are all FF&E, baking methods, recipes, employee training methods, website and marketing materials. At closing we will take an inventory. This value will be in addition to the purchase price. As part of the sale, we are willing to establish a transition period along with training for the new owner. To be clear, we are not interested in an owner financing deal structure. However, we believe that SBA is an option. We believe that a ROBS program can be an option as well.
