One location was newly built out and opened in middle 2023 and the second location is a OG coffee shop location that has been a coffee spot since 2005 but was recently remodeled with all new tables, chairs and a ton of new equipment into a moody modern aesthetic.

Great loyal customers and a new owner could really take this to the next level. We are a bit too distracted and have other opportunities we want to chase.

These locations could also be great for other QSR concepts. Would be WAY CHEAPER than building out from scratch, like 5x cheaper.
Market Outlook / Competition
The newer location is in a incredible location that is growing fast. Tons of huge projects just announced around it and has a noncompete for no other coffee shops to be in the development which is massive considering it's in one of the fastest growing cities in the state. Second location is also in a fantastic area with very little competition in regards to local non franchised shops. As well as shops that have adequate space for seating, meetings, and events.
