Second location was opened in 2019 and since another PT clinic closed in Jan of 2026 in this town there is only 2 now and we have grown every single month since. It is now averaging between 350-400 visits a month.
We just opened up a wellness clinic inside our first PT clinic, it is a dedicated room that offers A cryotherapy chamber, custom sauna, red light therapy, as well as cryolipsis(fat freezing) machine, EMT machine, massage chair, and shaker plate.
Since opening it is seeing steady growth with monthly members.
This wellness clinic was almost $200,000 to outfit by itself.
We have a PTA at both locations as well as office manager at both. My wife is the Doctor of Physical therapy and if you want to be absentee owner she can stay on board until you find a replacement, or she can leave immediately.
