- We have a 24,000 sq ft retail and warehouse space in a busy shopping plaza. We have 4.5 years remaining on the lease. The store has two loading docks and basement with approximately 10,000 sq ft and conveyor system for sending product up and down. We have a Gross lease, not NNN, so any plaza enhancements do not result in increase in overhead. Current lease is approximately $10 per square foot (non including the basement square footage, so is actually much less). Our internet shipping and receiving area is in a secure area attached to the retail.

- There isn't much local competition in the discount space for the types of inventories that we offer. Online is competitive for certain products and not so much for others. Our wholesale relationships are well established.
- Opportunities for Growth
- There is opportunity to merge the retail inventory with online. In 2025 we implemented a new inventory system (Lightspeed Retail) and integrated it with our ecommerce website. There is more opportunity for direct selling via ecommerce. There is also opportunity for more automation in processing and expansion of local wholesale presence via pallet and case lot sale. Bin Stores are also a popular concept and we have considered dedicating and area for bins.
