It sells mostly used books which attracts customers who want a good deal but it also sells beautiful gifts and greeting cards as well. The array of merchandise appeals to more shoppers than just readers. Due to the diversity, in many ways it serves as a country store just in the suburbs! Rewards in recent years have included Our Town "Favorite Local Bookstore," Choice Awards Winner for "Best Gift Shop," and Next Door "Fave" awards. It is easy to run. The Center includes a post office, Publix, PetSmart and seven other businesses. Consequently, foot traffic is very good. The parking lot is large and well maintained. The store is fully built out, has a back office and adequate storage.
