- My business has over 20 inflatables that have all been purchased brand new or like-new within the last 4 years. I have water slides, bounce houses, an obstacle course, a foam machine, tables/chairs, concession items, ancillary items such as blowers, extension cords, stakes, hoses, tarps, stability straps (all necessary items to run this business), 2 motorized hand trucks, 2 trailers (one open, the other enclosed), a 1997 Ford Expedition with 245,000 miles. All items are kept in 2 storage bays in Box Elder County. No real-estate included in this sale.

- Inflatables are very popular in Utah especially, so the competition can be a bit of a nuisance. I have excelled in creating an excellent 5-star reputation which is reflected in the 100+ 5-star rating I currently hold on Google. Bounce Party Utah is also the number one organic spot for inflatable companies in all of Box Elder County. Strategic marketing, maintaining/building strong relationships with schools, businesses, municipalities, and current customer base will be key to see progress/profit in this business. It's also important to be a team player with these other competitors because there a number of times that if you refer other companies when you are sold out or out of town, they return the favor. I have a very good relationship with 5 companies in particular spread throughout Box Elder, Cache and Weber county that I would encourage the buyer to connect with asap.

- I have seen my revenue grow from $10k my first season to $92k my 4th year. My fifth season is still in the works so I don't have solidified numbers for that, but I have been able to scale this bigger and bigger every year when I am proactive with seeking referrals, following up year to year with customers, execute strategic marketing such as running Google/Facebook ads, and buying the right assets each year to attract new and larger clients. The new buyer will experience the best success if they are able to establish solid relationships with local schools in the area, connect with businesses through the chamber of commerce, maintain good relationships with current customer base, and introducing new products that churches, municipalities, and city events want to rent.
