This listing is for a primarily ecommerce & FBA business created in March 2011 in the apparel & accessories niche selling in the UK, the US, and more. The business focuses on a specific accessory associated with health and wellbeing. The Shopify site brings in 75% of the income, using several lead-generation landing pages. These pages target a variety of applications for the accessory, as well as communities within the product niche. This business is growing and there is a clear path for further growth outlined.

The second top monetization is Amazon FBA (UK, US). The Amazon Seller Central account is included in the sale, and the SKUs have lots of reviews. The business also sells through Walmart and Ebay. The Seller created it so that the whole thing (boxed) could be shipped as a large letter size, saving a fortune on shipping and storage. The Seller has a new product in the works at the moment which will be launching shortly. The business tries to bring out something new at least once or twice a year to engage the previous customers and keep the brand fresh. Design work could easily be outsourced, but the Seller enjoyed doing it.

These are all genuine subscribes from the business's landing pages. All lead gen pages are included with the sale. These pages feed the system with leads and buyers for various verticals mostly originating from Facebook ad traffic and segmented by the vertical the user came through (specific niche). Alongside word of mouth and Adwords, Facebook provides a large portion of the traffic. On top of the 36K followers, Facebook is a traffic source from paid advertising. There Seller feels are countless ways this business could be grown and scaled. Scaling globally across all paid traffic channels would be the main way to expand the business without changing the way it runs. The majority of traffic is currently from the UK.
Keep adding and testing new verticals. The business is quite unique in the fact that the products can be attributed to many different verticals, that is, specific niches. Just with the four niches, the business has focused on this past year,  revenue has tripled over the previous year.
The Seller would expand on the data on file for people who are in pain. With over 2500 reviews on the website, the business has a gold mine for people sharing what they’ve fixed while wearing the products. The business also has a Facebook ad which specifically asks customers for what pain they would like to fix, resulting in over 1000 comments for specific ailments.
Landing pages/creatives/funnels that relate to each problem could be made and used to build big lists to which then sell our products.
Expand product line. The business currently has a solid range of core products which all sell very well. But there are 100’s of products that could be branded/manufactured/ designed from scratch and added to the product line up.
Higher ticket products could be a good way to increase profit.
Build external websites to funnel traffic to the main Shopify site. Go into retail and expand with distributors worldwide. It would require reps on the road, product displays and other POS to make it work. Retail could be a very good growth strategy for the new Buyer who could also look at distributors to shift product in volume.
Have a team on the road attending events. It’s labor intensive and you would need a manager to run it along with a team of 2-3 people who’d run the events. It can be a money maker and a good long-term strategy, especially for building the brand within different niches.
Develop the affiliate program/refer a friend system the business currently has. The more paid traffic you flood into this business, the more word of mouth referrals will come in. Scaling using any of these methods will naturally build this business through word of mouth anyway but a solid referral scheme can harness this further.
Grow Amazon. At present, the products are only on Amazon UK and USA. Canada and the other platforms would bring in additional revenue.

In summary, there is massive scope to scale this business in many ways and depending on the team the new Buyer puts in place to make all this happen it would grow significantly.
