Customers & Sales Model
Revenue is predominantly repeat orders from long-term distributor and OEM relationships (including federal and military end-users via agents/distributors). There is currently no online ordering system; quotes and orders are handled via email/phone, and almost no trade-show or social-media promotion is done. Operations & Capacity
Single-shift operation (Mon–Fri, ~5:00am–1:30pm). Approximately 40+ machines (headers, thread rollers, lathes, grinders, sorting/cleaning, inspection) plus support equipment.
