With branches in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin Texas, Kona Home Services has been cleaning windows since February of 2023. There are 8 technicians who work full-time, a manager who runs things from Dallas, 2 office schedulers, and 1 customer support person.
We have thousands of customers who have signed up for recurring services on contracts over the past couple years with jobs with the average job being around $250 and us paying the technicians around 25% on average. We have 80% of our customers on auto-pay through our CRM FieldRoutes and the owners spend an average of 1.5 hours/week collectively managing the business.
The reason we are looking for an exit is because we have a large sales team that we would like to sub-contract out all over the US. If we take this route in business, we will make large amounts of money doing this but won't be able to spend time on the business in Texas anymore.

That would increase the customers contract values.
