This company is just easy. Previous owner (founder that ran it for 20 years) was on his boat playing by early afternoon. It is perfect for a person that maybe just retired but needs something to do. You could hire a part-time shipping person and literally run it from home. I'll send a simple document to show more about the company to the right person, under NDA. I will also owner finance the sale to the right person and make this simple. This will be a simple transition.
You could take over the warehouse in Cumming, GA or I will keep for my other business. The business is very seasonal. Most revenue comes from the warm months, but the dock builders continue to order products year-round.
All products are imported from Vietnam (previously China) through the help of a broker in Ohio. We import a few containers before Spring for the year. I hire 3 labors to spend one hour per container.
