Project Second Bell is a school-based behavioral health network that embeds licensed mental health clinicians directly on K–12 school campuses, removing the transportation, scheduling and stigma barriers that keep students from receiving care. The Company contracts with schools and districts and delivers services through licensed partner practices, providing on-campus behavioral health care to pediatric patients, primarily Medicaid-eligible students, along with structured year-round support for students transitioning between grades and settings and a school-directed program that lets principals fund additional services for their buildings. The Company holds the school contracts and a proprietary clinical and operating playbook; it recruits and trains clinicians, manages placements and provides operational support, while its partner practices carry credentialing, billing and Medicaid reimbursement. The result is an asset-light model with no owned clinics, no debt and revenue recognized only on reconciled collections, built to expand across states without adding infrastructure. The Company holds contracts with 189 schools across 89 districts in 19 states, of which 76 are actively staffed; the remaining 113 are contracted and awaiting clinician placement. Substantially all revenue is reimbursed through Medicaid and managed care organizations.
