41 vending machines placed across 16 accounts, plus 3 office coffee accounts running 13 brewers. Revenue over the last twelve months was $248,005.
One part-time driver services the route in about 34 hours a week, typically 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The current owner does not drive it. A new owner can run the route themselves or keep the driver on.
Included in the price: the 41 placed machines, 13 coffee brewers, card readers, a 2015 Isuzu NPR box truck, coin counter, hand trucks and a stock of spare card readers — about $118,795 of equipment — plus roughly $19,866 of product inventory, counted at closing. There are no equipment leases and nothing owing on any of it.
Thirteen of the beverage machines are supplied, stocked with Coca-Cola product and repaired free of charge by Coca-Cola. They cost the business nothing.
Machine sales are taken by card or collected as cash when the machine is serviced, so there are no receivables. Only the coffee accounts are invoiced, and they pay within twenty days. No customer is under a written contract.
WHY THIS IS CASH ONLY. The current owner has run the business without a bookkeeper. There is no profit and loss statement and no filed tax return for this ownership period, so no SBA or bank lender will finance the purchase. Everything that does exist — the machine-by-machine sales reports, payroll records, supplier invoices and card statements — is open to you in due diligence, and the cash flow figure above is the broker’s estimate built from those documents rather than from financial statements. If you need financing, this is not the right business for you.
