This is a great and easy maintenance route that I built by hand. All of the customers are very friendly and easy to deal with. Very profitable route; the only reason I'm selling is to narrow down the area that I work out of. If you don't have experience with repairs, that's even better; I can handle the repairs for you. Just looking to free up a couple days out of my week to do more repairs. I've sold numerous routes in the past and have never had any issues. Looking for a smooth transition for my clients.
