This successful business profitably functions as a hybrid retail/wholesale enterprise. It is both a high-quality, fast food dining establishment while also serving the commercial bakery market. It is well-established in the community with an excellent reputation and has received various people’s choice awards to include being a finalist in the Best of the Bay Area.

The bakery services several wholesale accounts with assorted artisanal breads, and it fulfills special occasion dessert and gourmet pastry orders to include custom products including wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc.

The café offers a full breakfast and lunch menu as well as a selection of pastries and breads that are baked fresh daily. It also serves specialty coffee drinks, house-made fresh juices and tea as well as beer and wine. There is indoor seating and a nice patio, and it accommodates to-go orders as well. It is situated in a high-traffic area near residential neighborhoods and schools.

All equipment was purchased new in 2019 except for the walk-in which, according to the maintenance technician, is in very good condition and should last for many years. The bread oven is about 6 months old and is extremely efficient. The hood is Captive Aire model 5424 ND-2-PSP-F, length 14'8". The equipment continues to be very well maintained and kept very clean. All equipment is owned outright.
