The original barn with hand-hewed posts and beams was built in 1849 and now encompasses the overall structure of the wedding venue. This barn was completely renovated and footprint expanded a few years ago with all of the latest building codes, providing the future owner a peace-of-mind.

As a bonus, there is a house on the property adjacent to the barn that was built in the 1700s and completely remodeled on the first floor. This house is the ideal location for the bridal party to prepare on the day of the wedding, offering a brand-new bathroom and a large living room with vanities, salon chairs, and storage.

Barn wedding venues remain very popular! This venue has been operational for a little more than two years, hosting 65 weddings so far! This venue is also ideal for corporate and school events, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, etc., or this venue could be completely transformed into a winery, brewery, etc. The possibilities are endless!

There are several barn wedding venues in Western Pennsylvania; however, none are as new and equipped to handle a large quantity of guests while still maintaining a climate-controlled environment all year round.
