blocks from downtown Galveston and the cruise
lines. All the rooms have modern amenities, with
the lush green landscape and gazebo–provides
the feel for living here in the late 1800s. This bed
& breakfast was established in 2021 and has
been ranked as the top Bed & Breakfast in the
Galveston area. The property consists of a two
story main house with 6 bedrooms, dining room,
bar, and full kitchen. In addition, there are two
guest houses with two levels each level having a
bedroom, living area, and kitchen. There are 9
guest rooms. The average rental rate is $300 per
night with an occupancy of 50% to 60% year
around. Breakfast is included in the rental rate.

Approximately 70% of the guest come to stay
before or after being on one of the many cruise
ships at the Port of Galveston, where guest can
park their vehicles and be driven to and from the
cruise ships.

U.S. with 1.6 million passengers and 385 cruises
in 2024. In 2026 projections are 2 million
passengers and 445 sailings.
