Im looking for a motivated owner operator who wants to build a name for themselves and fill the vacuums in the high end, independent wine and spirits market that has been left in Boston since last year. Someone who is Sales orientated first and has an eye for indy producers and the ability to get the word out to a wide audience across the city using the store as a base for building their own brand and making a name for themselves. That is the ideal person for this store.

If you are more interested in a convenience store with a full liquor license and lots of foot traffic, thats fine as long as you pay the very fare asking price, but you wont have as much success as being a fine wine store that stands out. Customers are tired of the same old boring selection as the next 10 places. This store will work best as a destination for interesting different things, then it will really stand out in Boston.
