- The good news...there are several established restaurants/bar in the area. This tells us there are customers to be had. Most of the local establishments are geared more towards a "bar" atmosphere, so you just need to be the one with something a little unique or different. There are no other breweries that serve this type of food/menu along with craft cocktails.
- Opportunities for Growth
- There is so much potential for growth. Current operator is open 35 hours/week, and only two days a week include lunchtime. Potential for weekend brunches to catch the early-risers.
Upper level is unfinished (2,295 sq ft). It is accessible via seperate outside door/stairs and could be opened up to access from inside the restaurant. Potential to finish off for event space or pool/game room. If you prefer to keep brewery to the 78 seats, upstairs could be converted to two small studios/apartments.
