The Company began operations in 2004, specializing in convenience store, restaurant concept and automated car wash development. The Company maintains one leased office facility to support its staff located in Southwest Florida.
The Company currently has seven projects under construction totaling nearly $26 Million as well as 16 projects under contract totaling in excess of $58 Million. The combined contracts represent future Gross Profit in excess of $11 Million.
