This opportunity is comprised of two entities. Entity 1 is responsible for the manufacturing and sale of structural building components, including metal roofing and siding panels, custom roof trusses, lumber, hardware, garage doors, engineered wood products, windows, and insulation. Entity 2 manages all transportation and delivery services exclusively for Entity 1’s products, utilizing an in-house fleet to serve customers across the Midwestern US.

• Entity 1's adjusted EBITDA grew at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.0% from 2022 to the trailing twelve months (TTM) ending March 31, 2025.
• Entity 1 had an average gross profit margin of 15.7% from 2022 to 2024.
• The Company is a building components manufacturer with in-house production of metal panels, roof trusses, and lumber processing.
• A fully stocked lumber yard and in-house mill are utilized to enhance control over material flow and inventory.
