The owners believe the two restaurants complement each other and would prefer to sell both locations to the same buyer after the buyer of the MOL location is comfortable enough running the first location. The purchase of the Mall location is not mandatory, but available on a first right of refusal to the MOL buyer for one year after the purchase of MOL.
