City Kitty was the first cat exclusive salon in the nation, opening in August 2000. Starting with humble beginnings, the flagship store in Seattle grew to almost 3000 clients. People like the fact that there are no barking dogs. Cats are groomed in a serene, spa like atmosphere. Aromatherapy, spa music, all botanical products are a part of what we do. Our mission statement is, "Caring for the whole cat, mind, body and spirit," This includes diet, behavior, common cat skin issues, etc. We work to form a bond with each and every cat. One of our goals is to deepen the bond between the cat and it's owner. We do that by educating our clients on how to take better care of their cat at home.

For the franchise I can offer buildout, location and training for the future as a consultant. I have 26 years of experience in the cat grooming field including teaching at grooming conventions. I am a Certifed Master Groomer with National Cat Groomers Association and I am a certifier for Professional Cat Groomers Association of America. My expansive knowledge and passion for cats has led me to an amazing career. I am looking to retire from grooming. Training manual included for City Kitty operations and procedures.
